• Sheriff’s Office rolling fee: $25 per form
• Additional fees depend on whether the requesting agency has a Department of Justice billing code
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, or Credit Card

Applicants must bring a completed Request for Live Scan Service form provided by their employing or requesting agency.

• The Sheriff’s Office does not provide Live Scan forms.
• The Live Scan operator will review the form; incomplete forms cannot be accepted.
